Terms of Delivery
  1. All delivery is done on-line (typically attached to an e-mail, or by phone/fax, etc.)
  2. Personal care is done by e-mail and/or phone or fax, within Vienna also by personal visit.
  3. The amount agreed upon is due within 3 weeks from the billing date.
    If longer service is agreed upon, the partial amount accumulated till then is due every 4 weeks.
  4. If I need your feedback, it will be given within 2 weeks from the time of request.
    On delay, the amount accumulated till then is due.
  5. Other agreements will be done in written form (e.g. per e-mail).
